The need for training?
Accidents and illnesses can occur at work, it is necessary to cope with them effectively. First aid training to national standards could save the lives of yourself and your workmates.
The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to have adequate arrangements for first aid and have procedures for dealing with emergencies. A minimum of one staff member must be appointed and trained to take charge of first aid provision. |

(After 3 years the certificate for the 3 Day First Aid Course expires).
Two-day training and assessment course for a maximum of ten people. Trainees must be current holders of a nationally recognised first Aid at Work certificate, such as the certificate gained in our 3 day First Aid Course.
Content and objectives are the same as the 3 Day First Aid Course, addressing any
changes in first aid techniques since previous first aid training. |
